Exchanges and Returns

You can request an exchange or return of a product within 7 calendar days of receiving it. The following conditions must be observed: The product must be returned in its original packaging; The product must be returned without signs of use or consumption, that is, in the condition it was received; The product must be returned with tags (or protectors) attached, manuals, and all accessories that accompany it. We do not exchange products with inappropriate sizes for the customer: We provide the measurements in centimeters of our products to avoid mistakes in choosing the size. As stated in the Consumer Protection Code - Article 18, there is no legal obligation for the store to exchange due to the consumer's regret regarding color, size, model, or any other reason. IMPORTANT: Returns will not be accepted if the above conditions are not met. REFUND METHODS Credit card refund: this refund may appear on up to two subsequent statements after the return is processed by the payment gateway.
